“I am a sacred being dedicated to living in my fullness unapologetically.”
Anyone who has ever convinced you that you are less than sacred for any reason has lied to you. Perfection is not a prerequisite for your sacredness. It exists regardless to whom or what. Our onus is to accept the responsibility of walking in that sacredness. That, however, is easier said than done. The day to day challenges and distractions that we face can easily throw us off of the path of embodying and emitting the light. It takes bravery to root deep and unapologetically rise strongly in the face of the world, however, you are not anyone else’s purpose. Honoring our sacredness is incredibly essential to our ability to live our purpose because it manifests itself in how we eat, think, speak, act, and more. Like anything that is important, we much cultivate it daily, and in doing so, we fortify our rootedness in that sacredness.
Here are some helpful tips to nurture living in your fullness.
- Show others and yourself empathy, compassion, and understanding.
- Seek balance and always consider yourself as much as you do others.
- Always choose the narrative or choice that serves the highest good of all involved.
- Stop any self-deprecating dialogue.
- Commit to continue doing the work of self-discovery.
- Consistently take actions to grow yourself in every capacity and facet of your life.
Lotus Affirmation: The world can be a cold and cruel place. Situations and people could have made you feel less than worthy, and you could have come to believe that you are. However, it indeed is a lie. We are all wonderfully made and so special beloveds. Sometimes the work is getting back in alignment with that, that was already in us, and walking in it. Sometimes the work is using every inspiration, situation, and revelation to fuel our determination. Sometimes the work is loving ourselves enough to dig deep, shift our mental perspective, and do what we would do if we didn’t have the conditions that we felt were holding us back. Sometimes the work is doing one action a day, not looking for instant results but, understanding that everything begins with the first step.
Love and Light,
